OMICS of Physical Activity

Omics is a term that describes a new, overarching field in biology, including fields such as genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and the microbiomics.  The variety of modes and intensities of physical activity can have important and varying impacts across the omics of an individual and across individuals.
