Many environmental conditions can create a non exercise-friendly situation. Exercising in heat levels above an individual’s normal values can lead to dehydration, heat exhaustion, and in rare cases, death. We are also constantly bombarded by unseen particles that are constantly inhaled. Exposure may come from car exhaust, smoke from a wildfire, or dust, but all have deleterious effects on health.
