Chris Napier is Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at UBC. He is also a member of the Menrva Research Group at Simon Fraser University. His research interests include running biomechanics and injury prevention, particularly through the use of wearable technology. As a recognized leader in the international sport physiotherapy community,  Chris currently sits on the Board of Sport Physiotherapy Canada and serves as the Chair for the 3rd World Congress of Sports Physical Therapy. Chris also continues to practise clinically and teaches in the Sport Physiotherapy and Biomechanics streams in the Master of Physiotherapy program at UBC.
