Home exercise program reduces rate of falls for at-risk seniors - UBC Medicine
Taking part in an at-home exercise program reduced subsequent falls in high-risk seniors by 36 percent, according to the results of a 12-month clinical trial published by Dr. Teresa Liu-Ambrose in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
