Dr. Marc Adams
Marc Adams, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University. Dr. Adams has research training in psychology and public health, and a special interest in the development of interventions to promote physical activity, healthful eating, and other behaviours critical to the prevention of chronic diseases.
Dr. Brian Saelens
Brian Saelens, PhD is a Professor of Pediatrics and Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at the University of Washington and Principal Investigator at Seattle Children’s Research Institute. Among his various research interests, Dr. Saelens explores how environmental factors and policies influence physical activity and eating behaviours in children and adults.
Dr. Lawrence Frank
Lawrence Frank, PhD is the Bombardier Chairholder and Professor in Sustainable Transport and the Director of the Health and Community Design Lab at UBC. He specializes in the interaction between land use, travel behavior, air quality, and health, and has been studying the effects of neighborhood walkability on travel patterns and sustainability for over 25 years.
